We are often brought in early to help shape scope, sequencing and budget goals. Working closely with clients and architects, we develop preliminary schedules and estimates grounded in real-time market conditions. Our experienced team and trusted subcontractors provide direct feedback to flag feasibility concerns and refine costs before drawings are finalized.
Once permits are in place, our site team gets to work. The superintendent manages all subcontractors and in-house crews, ensuring on-site quality and safety every day. They work closely with the project manager, who oversees the schedule, budget and coordination with the client, architect and consultants. Together, this team keeps the project moving and aligned with overall goals.
At project closeout, we walk the home with our clients and review the homeowner binder. This includes manuals, system operations, maintenance requirements and warranty details. We are always available to answer questions as clients settle in, and our Special Projects Division stands ready to assist with any follow-up work or warranty needs after move-in.
