This extensive renovation of an existing 2,000 sf beach house featured premium updates throughout, including fixtures, flooring, electrical, mechanical and more. Exposed beams and breathtaking views complete the natural connection.
Renovating this breezy coastal cottage involved a strategic effort to infuse modern touches, while embracing the timeless and rhythmic peace of the tides. The project included new stone countertops, cabinets, wainscoting, wall paneling, appliances and bathroom fixtures. Maple floors were refinished and electrical lines were run to accommodate new lighting fixtures. Exterior work included new shingle siding, aluminum/metal windows, sliding doors, stone/wood decking and benches, new garage doors and updated garage space. HVAC and mechanical equipment were also updated.
